Assistant Manager for Painting process (TN29989)

Actividades:

-Production Assistant Manager is responsible for the planning and execution of production processes.
-Monitoring safety rules, quality standards, productivity, costs and provide administrative support.
-Their duties include procuring consumables, appointing laborers, and liaising with other departments, also take actions to ensure and improvement targets.
-To establish production department for successful start-up of thecompany.
-Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws.
-Responsibilities may include interviewing, employee selection, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and solving problems.
-Follow-up and take actions to keep process, materials, equipments and manpower according to budget to get targets.
-Follow all company Policies and Procedures, Quality and Environmental Management Systems (QMS & EMS), Production System (KPS) and any other legal and compliance regulations that may apply such as OSHA.
-Ensure and follow up production processes is doing according to standards and rules and adjust schedules as needed, report problems and results.
-Analyzing production, quality control, maintenance, and other operational reports, to detect production problems. Implement corrective action or improvement activity or assign designee and oversee process, report problems and results.
-Carry out correct production tracking and quality control systems.

Requirements:

-Level of Education: Bachelor Degree (Ingeniero Químico, Ingeniero Industrial Administrador).
-Experience: 3-5 years experience on Painting process as management.

Required skills:
-Displays appropriate proficiency with computers and computer applications, including: spreadsheets (e.g., Excel), word processing (e.g. Word), presentation software (e.g., PowerPoint), databases (e. g., Access, contact management software), internet/intranet (e.g., browsers, search engines), special applications (e.g., AS400, CribMaster, etc.), and e-mail; can diagnose and correct minor issues with hardware and software, as needed.
Preferably have a valid passport and Visa
