-Considering nature of this position, will require to have constant contact with Headquarter in North America and Japan.
-Extensive knowledge of MFRS, IFRS and USGAAP.
-Preparation and analysis of basic financial statements on a quarterly basis
-Reporting to regional/global HQ (in local currency and conversion to functional currency).
-Attention to HQ internal audits, including remediation of deficiencies.
-Attention to external financial auditors, including preparation of tax report.
-Very good knowledge about standard cost setting and inventory control.
-Good knowledge of Transfer pricing rules and its effect on daily operation.
-Ability to propose actions to face federal/local tax changes.
-Knowledge of federal taxes calculation (Income tax, Value added tax, Withholdings, etc).
-Attention to audits by SAT (directly for federal taxes and indirectly for foreign trade audits).
-Tax defense procedures (Conclusive agreement, Administrative appeal, Mutual agreement procedure, Nulity claim and Amparo).
-Coordination of Shareholders meeting minutes preparation.
