Sales Admin Coordinator (TN31309)

Job summery:

●Coordinate and support sales activities ( Quote To Order ) to guarantee proper processes implementation to comply with local regulations and to create an excellence sales experience for customers in México.

Activities:

Office – Sales Administration
● Manages Mexico Office local sales calls to properly address Sales opportunities and service complaints to guarantee customer satisfaction to their needs.
● Keeps master phone directory updated including Mexico city office, Mexico and LATAM distributors.
● Collects, sorts, and distributes physical mail for Sales employees.
● Support sales departments with quotations (just administration), customers purchase order processing internally by creating sales files for each individual sales project & invoicing.
●Sales File must contain Quote signed by customer, Customer PO, Prices approvals internally, any additional agreement with customer by Written.
● Implement proper Mexico Distributors relationships management to guarantee on time contracts & payments that allows efficient office workflow.
● Properly manages & addresses any regulatory request from local authorities like Cofepris, SAT, IMSS, ISSSTE, Secretaria del Trabajo among others.
● Keeps records and files to be in compliance with local regulations ( example: Distributors contracts)
● Support Sales and Product Specialist team to implement distributors meetings and or major, key sales events.
Office – Human Resources
●Implement proper New Hire Employees process including Company Car, Computer, Phone, expenses card, among other items that allows new.
●Sales hires excellent on boarding experience.
●Guarantee on time and accurate calculation of variable compensation payment to Mexico Sales employees providing proper info to finance for calculations approvals and payments.
Sales Support
●Coordinate customers visits to showroom (transportations for arrivals, pickups, meals and departures if needed)
●Reviews and understands Paramount Bed assignments and territories in order to better support customer concerns and calls addressing.
●Reviews and understands portfolio products in order to better support customer concerns.
●Support Sales team to present updated info on Glovia and communicate during weekly Mexico commercial forecast call, tracker sales report format.
●Support sales team with Distributors Documentation Follow Up, Customer materials related and Sales Contracts signatures.

Required Education and/or Experience:

● Bachelor degree in Administration or related.
● 100% fluent in Spanish and 85% Fluent in English.
● Proven change and process management skills.
● 3+ years experience
