-Contract making.
-Issue documents based on the information from sales, send to the supplier/customer, update contract file.
-Shipment control (import)
-Check the progress of the order, shipping schedule, final quantity, update the in the excel, share with the customer.
-Local delivery control (domestic)
Obtain forecast from customer to male processing orders, arrange transportation, share with the customer.
-Facturación.
-Manage inventory excel to sort the information for issuing facturas, sharing with the customer.
-Inventory Management.
-Reflecting the updates of local delivery/processing in the excel, update inventory days.
-Scrap control.
-Obtain scrap information from the processor and ask for credit notes, delete scrap from the inventory system
-Document control.
-Make sure all the documents are signed and filed on time, monitor validity of the certificates
-Claim information management.
-Sort the claim information.
-Internal application process support.
-To help sales getting the necessary third party information, document application.
-Customer/supplier registration.
-Document filing.
-Postal services.
-Receive/dispatch parcels.
