
The main objective:
Requires a motivated, strong information analysis and communication skills. This role is primarily administrative and sometimes it may include customer service support.

• Translation (English/Spanish/Japanese).
• Preparing reports.
• Expenses reports.
• Making travel and meeting arrangements.
• Database analysis.
• Analyze budget information.

Specific Requirements:
• Administration bachelor’s degree (a fin).
• 2 years’ experience in a related field.
• Excellent attention to detail and superior ability to prioritize.
• Customer focus.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills (English/Spanish/Japanese).
• Proficient in MS Office.
